Woodard's Automotive is an amazing place to take your car! I have always had the best experience. I do not know much about cars but they make sure I understand everything and take time with me explaining things. All of the staff are very friendly and informative.

I went here at the last minute on a Friday and they were so helpful by getting the part I needed plus fixing my car right away. The lady at the front desk was so nice . I would recommend this place to everyone and I know now when I can get my car fixed anytime. Thank you Woodards.

Our car broke down on New Years day as we were passing through from out of town. Woodards was the only place open and we could not have gotten better service and customer friendly people! They had it fixed the next morning. They even took us to a hotel where we spent the night and later picked us up!

I was very pleased with the service, attention, and time given by everyone at Woodard's. I was referred to them and I wasn't disappointed with their services. They repaired my vehicle that had been to 3 shops already without a successful job or a car that would operate properly! I definitely recommend Woodard's!

I have had these guys work on my van in the past and they were very professional and use state of th art diagnostics to detect the problem......if you want great service it can be expensive.....these folks provide great service!!!

Only allow 5 stars, they have earned MANY more, have been using them since 03/04, QUALITY is NOT CHEEP.....if you want cheep, Walmart is always there for you.... THEY ROCK

Woodard?s Auto is always helpful for an oil change or anything more serious with my vehicle, plus their customer service is wonderful!

THEY ARE AWESOME! I was stranded in Columbia, SC and had my van towed as far as I could and ended up here. They repaired parts that was supposed to be replaced here in Wilmington, NC. They were very understanding of my situation. They kept me up to date on what was going on and they were up front as honest. I mainly dealt with a guy named Frazier. Please. If you need work on your vehicle, check with them. You will be glad you did.

The only mechanic I would let touch my car outside of me. They make sure what he says is wrong is the problem. It helps that everybody is super nice.

I worked with Woodard's over the phone to get a vehicle inspected since I live out of state. They were polite, professional, quick and very reasonable.

I was very pleased with how knowledgeable their mechanics are - they answered all my questions, told me what was wrong, made me an appointment, and had my car returned to me fast - and better then it has ever been, I recommend Woodards to everyone with any vehicle needs.

Three hours from home, on our way to Disney World, our check engine light came on. Thank God we quickly found this shop online! 15 minutes until closing on Friday night, they welcomed us warmly, checked our vehicle, ensured our safety, and got us back on our way. These are good people.

Woodard's Automotive has been very fare. You can get comprehensive and thorough work performed on your car or you can get a cheap price, you can't get both. I've had several issues fixed on my 1998 Park Avenue. Jeff explained the problems he discovered and allowed me to decide what needed to be fixed so my car would be safe to drive and what issues could wait. All work completed has been backed by the shop and any problems fixed promptly and at no additional charge. I wouldn't take my car anyplace else.
